Hi! it’s me, Marls!

So glad you’re here!!

Hey everyone! My name is Marla, and I am a California-based wedding photographer/wedding videographer. I have been a videographer/photographer for almost all of my life. I have always enjoyed taking photos and videos of EVERYTHING. I still remember the first time I picked up a camera and had it around my neck everywhere I went.

The first wedding I ever worked on was my boss' wedding. I was always doing mini photo sessions of family and friends, adventure videos, and random nature shoots, but it was the first time I filmed and took pictures at a wedding. I had no clue what I was doing; all I had was a vision and a camera. I knew instantly that I loved being a wedding photographer! There's something about capturing the moments between two people that I enjoyed! It felt like I was creating a romantic movie with a little comedy!

Something about me as a photographer/videographer; I love raw and authentic moments. I'll give you a couple of different poses to do in front of the camera, but the moments leading to those poses are the ones that I choose because they show the authenticity of your relationship.

Anyone can get their hands on a camera nowadays, but the story, the creativity, and the memory captured are what matter more to me. I want my clients to be able to watch their wedding video or look at their photos and feel like they are reliving the day, remembering that exact moment. Oh, and another thing about me... I love traveling, adventures, and nature. If your wedding involves nature, traveling, or any adventure, just know you can count me in! I have a thing for national parks!

She showed up early, made sure to take photos of the set up, she did a great job at hiding so the couple wouldn’t see her, and the photos came out absolutely amazing! She even sent us some sneak peeks later that night so the couple could post them. We received the link to the finished album so fast! We appreciated her work so much that we hired her for my sisters and moms weddings.
